At Texas Discount Realty, we know that not all sellers are alike. We believe in giving you options and freedom when selling your home. And all of our options will probably save you thousands of dollars over most of the one size fits all agents.

Our options range from the very basic MLS listing for the independent minded seller with experience selling property to the independent minded seller who needs just a little help with the contract through closing all the way to our full service listing where we are there every step of the way.

On top of our low listing fees, if you find the buyer yourself, no buyers agent commission is due. This is something not offered by many brokers, but could save you thousands of dollars more.

We strongly encourage you to shop around. We think that you'll find that even our flat fee program offers as much as some so called "full-service" agents. For the agents that do offer more, ask yourself if what they do is worth the extra money? Can you sit at an open house? Can you place an ad in the newspaper? Can you show your own house?
