In addition to our Flat Fee and Flat Fee Plus™
programs, we also offer Full Service listings. This is a listing
just like that offered by all the other national or regional real
estate brokers, except chances are, we aren't as expensive as them.
In this type of listing, we are there for you from
start to finish, every step of the way. We can and will do most
of the same things the others will do and sometimes more.
Not all full service listings are alike. Some require
more work than others. Our full service fees range from 4% to 6%
depending on the complexity of the transaction and the price of
the property. Please contact Texas Discount Realty for more details.
Check with your agent or contact us because there may be a minimum
commission amount on full service listings.

types of properties.
