Steps to Follow to List Your Home

Below is a list of forms that you will need to list your property with us. Please print all that apply to you.

After you have printed out all the necessary documents, please fill out and fax back to 512.857.0151 or call your agent to come pick up the documents. Or if you'd prefer you can mail to the address below:

Paying for your Listing

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard or by sending a check or money order to the address above. To pay using a credit card contact Aaron Farmer @ 512-394-0044.

After we receive the listing form and the credit card receipt (if you choose to pay by credit card), we will contact you within 24 hours to make arrangements for lockboxes, signs, etc.

Note: Each agent working under the "Texas Discount Realty" name and sponsored by broker James Aaron Farmer are independent contractors, and not all participate in flat fee listings or buyers rebates. Please ask your agent or contact broker to see if the agent participates in special promotions and rebates.
