Flat Fee Plus. $495 PLUS we will review and negotiate any offers you receive between you and a buyer or between you and another agent and get your property through to closing. In addition to the $495, you pay $1,500 at closing. This is not on a per contract or per offer basis, this is only paid at the successful closing and funding of the sale.
