Texas Discount Realty’s Flat Fee Plus™ program is designed for sellers who want professional representation without paying a traditional percentage-based listing commission.

One of the biggest benefits of using a broker is having a professional layer between the seller and the buyer or buyer’s agent. Real estate transactions can become emotional. Sellers sometimes react too quickly during negotiations, inspections, repair requests, or multiple-offer situations. An experienced broker helps keep negotiations professional, reduces stress, and helps sellers avoid costly snap decisions that can potentially cost thousands of dollars.

Our Flat Fee Plus™ program for the Austin area includes:

• MLS listing exposure to Realtors and agents.

• Exposure on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and many other popular real estate websites.

• Local Board of Realtors MLS exposure.

• Lockbox access for licensed agents to show the property.

• Professional negotiation and transaction management through closing.

Austin Area Pricing:

• $495 paid at the time of listing.

• $5,000 flat fee paid at closing.

Please note that sellers may also choose to offer compensation to a buyer’s agent if one brings the buyer. Buyer agent compensation is separate from our Flat Fee Plus™ fee and is determined by the seller.
